Bulbshare Templates: Streamlining Your Brief Creation Process
The new Bulbshare templates available on my.bulbshare.com
These reusable briefs are designed to accelerate our workflows, reduce human error, and standardise processes across the team.
We demonstrate how to access and use these templates to create activities quickly and efficiently in the video below. We encourage you to explore the available templates and consider developing your own to further improve our overall efficiency.
Step by step - How to create your own template and share it with your team:
Go to my.bulbshare.com
- Click on + (1.)
- You can see some suggested templates (2.)
- Click on Templates to see available templates to you (3)
You can see:
- Organisation templates: All templates customised for your organisation
- My templates: templates you have created for yourself
- General templates: Standardised templates based on use cases
If you want to use any of these, just select the one you want. You will be automatically redirected to the platform where you can make any amends before launching.
Creating own templates:
- Select the existing brief you want to use as the template under you channel (brief has to be created first)

Access the brief builder (click on 3 dots) - click Edit
- Once under brief builder, click on the 3 dots on the top and select Make template
- Now this brief is your new template - will be listed under My templates
- If you want to share your template with your team, you can promote it to your organisation
- Click on 3 dots - and select to move it to organisation
