How to track your requests via the "My activities" page?

Tracking the status of your request(s) and responding to them is easily done via the My activities page. To access the page, simply click on the arrow symbol right next to your name on the upper-right corner of the Help Center page and then click on My activities from the drop-down menu.

 

Once you're on the My activities page, you will see a list of all the requests you've submitted previously giving you a quick glance at their last activities and statuses.

You can also search for specific requests using the search box and view only requests with specific statuses.

 

Click on the Subject of a request to open it, this opens a request view similar to the below which allows you to add further comments or attachments to the request.

 

Other functions found on the My activites page are listed below.

  • Requests I'm CC'd on - Lists of all the requests in your organization where you were added as Cc.
  • Contributions - Shows help center articles (if any) where you've contributed content to.
  • Following - Shows a list of all the sections or articles in the Help Center that you've followed.
